Error while trying to import users from LDAP

Hello
I'm running GLPI 9.5.5 on an Ubuntu 22.04 server.
Importing users from LDAP used to work and I never had a problem with it but since a couple of months, it doesn't work anymore and I just can't find what's going wrong.
Connexion to the LDAP server work. When I look for users to import, I can check the ones I want, but when I actually import them, I get a message notification saying "Failed operation (0 authorizations problem, 1 failures) username: error on executing the action"
So far I had no problem with GLPI, I've looked into the logs in the files directory but couldn't find anything relevant.
Any clues on how I could track the cause of the problem ?

Thx

Re: Error while trying to import users from LDAP

Hello,

1. please check settings in: GLPI -> Setup -> Authentication -> Setup -> Automatically add users from an external authentication source    and     Add a user without accreditation from a LDAP directory

2. please check settings in: GLPI -> Setup -> Authentication -> LDAP directories -> RootDN (for non anonymous binds)      and       Password (for non-anonymous binds)

3. is the user in from 2. deactivated in LDAP, or locked due to too many wrong password inputs, or did someone change the password of the user?
