The log file could not be created in /var/www/html/glpi/files/_log

Dear GLPI team And other Members,

Today my glpi system have an issue on get email from receiver. Before every request on ticket automatically sync on GLPI. At the moment i checked the server and every email not sync to GLPI since 17 Feb 23. Before that day, our glpi system work well. and after that day i tried to get email ticket now the page requested error 500 and ticket unsuccessfull.

I found on general setting have an issue about log. I tried to clear log using automatic action still same when i'm running manually and page requested error 500.

Ownership for folder /var/www/html/glpi/files/_log is www-data:www-data and have permisiion 0755.

Maybe somebody can help for this issue.
