Rules "Automatic User Assignment" doesn't work

Hi, sorry for ask. I'm quite new to GLPI and want to integrate GLPI to my company.

I face new issue, is kinda bothering. My "Automatic User Assignment" seems doesn't work at all

Result Details
Criteria    Condition                                                            Reason                  Validation
Email    regular expression matches    /@(?:intra\.net\.com)/                Yes

Rule Results
Validation                          Yes
Result of the regular expression

Even the validation says yes, it doesn't do what i want. The action is should be
Fields    Action Type    Value
Recursive    Assign             Yes

It also happens when i try different criteria or actions too

Please help, thank you
