Bug in knowledge base

Hi,

When you create an article and you associate it with a category and a target and then save it then it is published.
But when you then go to manage and select ALL PUBLISHED ARTICLES, then the articles from the sub categories are not shown.
You can also not choose for a category in MANAGE so I think this is a bug.
