Issues with Auto mailgate

Hi after update from 9.4 to 10.0.6 mailgate and the other automatic actions are not working.I need to turn them on manually.
What can i do to make them work as normal?
Maybe CLI Mode would fix?
Now its turn on GLPI mode

GLPI mode actions will only trigger occasionally as people load different pages of GLPI. If you don't have much traffic since the update, not all the actions may be running.

Running the actions in CLI mode is the preferred method if you have access to make a cron job (or scheduled task in Windows). Some hosting solutions don't give access to those tools and it requires some additional setup, so GLPI mode remains the default.

You would then need to change the mode of each action to CLI.
