Questione about reservation

Hi all, I'm new in glpi 10.
I'm trying this software and I'm focussing on reservation.
Is it possibile, for users, read and accept the policy before they reserve an asset? Is it possible that the user compile a form before send the reservation? Is it possible that the admin approve o reject the reservation?
