Inventory Does not update computers

Hello Good Night Team, I have installed the GLPI within Hostgator, and started using the inventory initially on Windows machines, I have the GLPI version: 10.0.6 and the agent version 1.4
I installed the agent and put the path: my domain/front/inventory.php
The ENABLE INVENTORY function is enabled, but the computer does not appear at all in the list of computers.
Has anyone seen this problem?
