User or person as an Active

Hello

I need to create a new Active type :  User or Person

For example.

I need a History of an user:

Data Created

List of permisions  (mail acounts,   servers,  folders,   etc..  )
Changes of permisions

Data deactivation.

And,  a GLPI USER can request changes about that user as an active
