Inaccurate resolution time average graph.

I would like to understand the way GLPI calculates the average problem resolution time.

I believe it is a bug or sum being done wrong when calculating this average, because calculating the average time manually, the result is different.

This is the longest resolution time in that time range, not the average time across all.

Location: Assistance > Statistics > Tickes - Global > Average Time - Hours (Resolution checkbox)
