Managing entities

Hello, I am testing the Manage Entities plugin in GLPI for client hourly contracts. I don't know why it won't let me subtract hours from the contract.

I configured an Hourly Contract, I assigned a Contract Period to that contract, I also placed Contract Status and assigned a number of hours, but the hours of the assigned tickets are not subtracted.

When I try to generate an Intervention Report it shows me the message "Impossible generation, you didn't create a scheduled task".

Hi, do you still have problems with this? I'm learning how to used this plugin too. I got that the task has not to be as private, just as public.
