alerts for expiring licenses

Hello everything is fine?

I need to configure the expiring license alerts, the other alerts (called) are all ok.

First, go to Administration > Entities > click on your entity.
Then, under Notifications, check the part about Licenses. Set Alarms on Expired Licenses to "Yes" and Send license alarms before to whenever you want.

Second, go to Setup > Automatic actions.
Serach for "license" alert.
Open it and configure:
- how often should this run
- select CLI mode

Third, go to Setup > Notifications.
Serach for "license" again.
Open it and under Recipients select who should receive those notifications about license expiration.

And finally, the fourth step:
Go to Management > Licenses.
Add you software here and enter dates of expirations for each software.

Hi John, I already did all steps that you mentioned but i didnt receive any notifications, I really dont know why because I receive other kind of notifications and works correctly. If you can help me it would be awesome, mi chances are gone at this time.
