Error: The action you have requested is not allowed using dns name

After install GLPI V10 in Ubuntu server, I change the name of GLPI in Configuration\URL Aplication from //IPx.x.x.x/glpi  to //nombredns.es/glpi. After that, I can't access some menus, e.g. user permissions, dashboards, etc. I get a "The action you have requested is not allowed "message
I only have this problem when using GLPI by name, if I use it by IP, everything works correctly.
I am quite new using GLPI, thanks in advance
