Unable to Add New User to Ticket - Apostrophe?

Hi Everyone

I have a new user I have just imported into GLPI from Active Directory. It is the first time I have a user with an Apostrophe in his name (O'Brien).

I am unable to add him to Tickets as a Requestor or Observer. Hoping someone can tell me why?
