Hi All,
The Followup reply to the ticket from the mailbox is not getting reflected on the GLPI Portal .
I am using the cloud version .Can some one help me in this issue .

I think it will work if you go to Configuration -> General -> Helpdesk and set Accept Anonymous Notification / Accept Anonymous Followup (Mail-Gateway) to YES. I do not know the proper translation as i use it in german but its the 5th option from the top left side.

Did you mean Setup-->General-->Assistance-->Allow anonymous followups (receiver) -->Yes and Allow anonymous ticket creation (helpdesk.receiver)-->Yes
I have already set it to Yes but still not working .

yes i meant that. This system is really a pain in the ass.... i stick with my Opinion. French people cannot program. How can a software out of the box have so many problems? Unbelievable.
