[Solved] Email Receiver errors

Good morning GLPI friends.
I'm having an issue configuring the email receiver. I'm using GLPI 10.0.2. After using GLPI for a few months, I decided to try to configure GLPI in such a way that my users can reply to a ticket via email.
I keep getting this error "An error occurred trying to connect to the collector. cannot login, user or password wrong" I know I'm using the correct password. My settings are below. Any thoughts?

server: outlook.office365.com
connection Option" imap SSL no -validate-cert
port :993
connection string {outlook.office365.com:993/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert}
Login: valid user
Password: correct password

The same problem, the last time it worked on 16.01.23, microsoft updated the security of this service and something went wrong

enable debug option insider receivers and check logs.

I resolve this problem with plugin OAuth.

Hello.
Does anyone know if you have to add a certificate to get GLPI receiver to connect to outlook.office365.com?

I was able to resolve this issue using the OAuth Plugin for Azure and configuring the IMAP connection to use OAuth. Here's a link to the Microsoft and GLPI documentation that I used.

for now, my GLPI is down, the 10 version update didn't work
