Can't load all entities per default

Hi,

I have 3 sub-entities, Assistance, Maintenance and QHSE.
Each entity has its own users and ticket management.

The problem, i can't load all entities affected to the user per default, i can only load one...

I don't have this option :
"Click on the 'v' icon to load the elements of the selected entity and its subentities"

I can only "show all" once, this is not permanent...
Can we do this settings without use the recursive option from entities ?
