Certificate - Automatic Action not sending email

Hi,

We are using GLPI 9.4.2. I am getting email for watcher automatic action once it is enabled with Subject Line "[GLPI] Monitoring of automatic actions".

However, I am trying to send mail for expired or going to expire SSL Certificate with certificate Automatic Action I am not getting any mail for that. I have made an entry in Management -> Certificate and tried setting a different date for SSL expiry even setting it past date also.

After reading some articles, I have also checked the entity setting for Certificates in Administration -> Entities -> Notification - Below are the settings
Alarms on expired certificates     - Yes
Send certificates alarms before     -  15

Can Anyone please help me to resolve this and send a notification email before the item(domain) SSL expires that I have made the entry?
