[10.0.5] Add filter to email Notification - SOLVED

Hi!
How can I set the "alternative_email" filter?
I mean do not add at all 1-2 specific mails to ASSIGN/Observer.
Maybe add few strings of code in some file (MailCollector | CommonITILActor | CommonITILObject | NotificationTarget ...)?
