migration glpi 9.5.5 to 10.0.5

Hello everyone,

i am trying to update the version 9.5.5 to the latest one (10.0.5) that GLPI proposed to me.
but when i enter this : sudo php bin/console db:update --> i have this error message :

Unable to connect to database

i search but actually didn't found any solutions about this.
Can someone help me please ?
