I have an "OFFICE" profile and an "EXTERNAL" profile
Both profiles have exactly the same rights except for the visibility of the equipment. In "Configuration" the line "All dashboards" is disabled for both.
However, users who connect under the OFFICE profile are entitled to a dashboard that displays the follow-up of tickets while users of the EXTERNAL profile are not entitled to it.
To test, I checked the "Update" box in the configuration part of the profile and users of the OFFICE profile can therefore customize it.
I do not understand why the EXTERNAL profile does not display this dashboard (which I would like)
