I would like to limit the categories that certain groups are able to view. For example we user certain categories within the IT group that we do not want people in the sales group to see. Is it possible to add a rule (I have not been able to figure out how) to limit each groups selectable categories?
Thank you for any help you can provide.

only entities could be a solution

Hi remi,
If I make different entities. I have to replicate common categories in every entity.
So I cannot see tickets from all over the company, but only for single entity.
Same thing for groups. I cannot make a cross-entity group don't I?
Thanks for your attention.
