Saved searches crashes user session

Hello I have this random problem that occurred a few days ago.

When a user clicks on the star icon in the right upper corner, the side panel opens up and it shows the "Loading..." animation but it does not load the saved searches and when the user trys to click anywhere else on GLPI it does not react at all.

The user has then to clear all of his browser cache an restart it to be able to login again into GLPI.
There is no error or warning in the logs. (Not in the GLPI and apache once).

Does somebody have a clue what this could be?
