What are the settings of the MS Exchange Server mail receiver?

Good afternoon. Who has the MS Exchange Server mail server and who uses tickets via the e-mail message mechanism?

How is the receiver configured? We only use mapi. POP and IMAP are disabled. How do I configure the receiver in this case? GLPI version: 9.5.5.

Did you found a solution, i can't conenct to the connector... any idea or solution there?

It's a pity, but I had to give up this idea, since there was still no answer. I tried a lot of options, including what worked for 2-3 people, tried by analogy, but it doesn't work. I used to remember for sure that it worked for me in version 9.3 or version 9.4, I don't remember exactly, but it worked. Since version 9.5, this has stopped working. Now I have version 10.0.3, it doesn't work either... I've already spat on it, since I can't find a solution in any way. Don't you have any ideas either?
