Predefine field in ticket - location and computer
Hi
in my database, i have users that have a location set for them
i have computer, with users assigned to them
Is there a way, when a user create a ticket, to have his computer and location automaticaly set in the ticket ?
i can predefine thoses fields in a template, but to a fix valor, not user's
