Hi,
i have a quesion,

How could I import tickets to GLPI.
Could be Excel etc
Is that even possible.

The only option within GLPI itself is to use the API. The documentation for this can be found by going to Setup > General > API tab within your GLPI web interface. The better option though would be to contact a GLPI partner for assistance with migrating your old data into GLPI.
