Receiver Configuration

I am trying to configure the receiver to create a ticket via email.

Can you help me with this please, I am new to GLPI and have struggled with this section.

I have done the following:

*) I enable anonymous mailing.

*) I set up a personal Gmail and Outlook email and had no positive results.

Can you help me please
