Work with Software and its versions (GLPI 10.0.0.5)

Hello everyone.
I have few questions:
1) how to merge versions into one for a specific program, excluding its architecture.
For example: I'm trying to concatenate all versions of the "Office 2016" into one  and assign version "Office HB 2016 All" (in the Dictionaries-Software rules).
But after rules applying I get a list of two versions with the same name and different ID and different architectures). After apply of the rules i expect to see 1 version but I have 2 different versions.
I need it for licensing stuff. One version we bought - one version i need in list.

2) How do I link the license and operating system if the operating system is no longer added to the software list
