Hi i want help.
I installed plugin behaviours and activate the option: Technician assignment when adding follow up to yes;
but not working.
i wanted to a tech when he add a followup he get assigned the ticket to him but not working.
But if i try to do that with a super-admin account it works.
i have all campus activated on profile>tech>assistance and in followup
