Regarding Users History

Is it possible with this software to track with how many laptop and devices he is using and also what he used earlier. Like if I have one HP probook G8, can I keep track how many users used it and using duration? Please tell me the way and processes. Thank you in advance.

There is currently no way to centrally view/search the historical data. However, for individual devices, you can see that from its Historical tab if you change the User field for the asset each time you re-assign it. Otherwise, you can try using the reservations feature for this. Also, to see the assets currently assigned to a user (the user field is set to them), there is a "Used items" tab in each user's form.
