Smtp notification send as old email

Hi,

I have a problem with notifications sender email addressee, Glpi keep use the old email address as sender in notifications

Even when i switch from gmail config to hotmail it keep generate notifictio nwith the gmail account but this time notifications get stuck on queue.

this is the result of "mail-error.log" (i changed the email addresses for security reasons)

as you can see glpi is trying to send notifications via hotmail account but as gmail account.

Can you check that in both "Email sender address" fields on Setup -> Notifications --> Email Followups Configuration you've userb@gmail.com, that seems to be the problem.

I changed all email followup fields to the new email account.

I think the problem is with the collector (i keep it configured with the old email address), because only new tickets created by the collector always generate a notification using the old email address.

the ticket that i create in glpi gui generates a notification with the new email.

So, it's logical big_smile
