Signe Sign-On plugin Doesn't work for new users

Hello,

I am using Single Sign-on plugin with AD Azure for user authentication, this plugin works fine for existing users, however it gives me this error message when a new user wants to login.

User not authorized to connect to GLPI

SSO plugin version: 1.3.3
GLPI version: 10.0.3
DB: MySQL Community Server 8.0.30

Do you have any idea please I'm stuck.
