glpi statistics

Hi,
I would like to understand how the timing of the glpi is calculated.
Specifically,
1) does the processing time start from when the ticket is taken over?
2) If it is suspended or put into "processing (programmed)", does time stop? until it returns "in process"
3) How can I also see the average resolution time per month? I mean the resolution time, not the closing time (once the ticket is resolved it is automatically closed after 5 days).

I did some tests:
time stops during the suspension (rightfully so), so that's okay with me.

I would now like to extrapolate the monthly Average time to resolution.
If I go to the dashboard plugin. I have found only the closing time which, however, does not interest me (I have set the closing of the ticket after 5 days which has been solved).

I think the statistics you are looking for can be found in Assistance > Statistics with the "Tickets - Global" report.

I looked but the data does not seem true.
Also I don't understand what they mean: closure, solution, total duration.
What do they refer to?

While if I go to the official plugin dashboard (report -> summary -> all) it tells me that the average closing time is 31h 33m 30s.

What is the correct data then?
