Hello everyone,
I'm having a couple of question concerning the locations dropdown.
1. At the moment we're having already some locations set, but we want to add different ones to simplify it. Is there a way to disable the existing ones or is this not possible. If it's not possible I'll need to delete them.
2. When creating new locations, is there a way to make this field mandatory for the users to select? If this is possible, how should I do this?

Hello.
There is no way to make locations inactive or soft-delete them. However, if you delete a location that is used, you will be prompted if you want to replace it with a different location or just unset the location for those items.
If you mean making the location mandatory for tickets, then yes. You will need to modify the existing default ticket template or create a new one and add that as a mandatory field.
You can access the ticket templates by clicking "Templates" at the top of the tickets page(s). If you create a new template, you can set it as the default for specific profiles by going to those profiles, clicking the Assistance tab, and setting the default ticket template.

Thanks cconard96. I've deleted the existings ones, created the new ones and made the field locations mandatory. Thank you very much for the help on this!
