Sharing "manual links" with its user. How to do ?

Hello

My goal is to be able to share private links with the users of an entity.
So I created these links for each user under the same entities located in administration/users/Toto/Links/Manual link.
It's good except that the user who has this link (here Toto) does not have the possibility to see it.

I am therefore trying to understand the interest of this link sharing.
Are there other solutions?
