Document management. How to share?

Hi there

Here is how my GLPI 10.0.5 is made:

Root entity
Root Entity > Tech > Dep 45 > Agency 1
2 users in the Agency 1 entity: Director and Carpenter

I placed documents in entity Agency 1 > File A + File B + File C
I would like the director to have access to file A and file B only.
I would like the Carpenter to have access to file C only (because A and B are confidential)

I can't manage this share.
