Glpi agent get Wrong Serial Number canon 6030 Printer

Hello everyone,

We have many printers canon models  ( Canon M175, M176, IR2525, 6020,6030...).

The GLPI get the correct serial number of all printers except canon 6020 and 6030 , it get a wrong serial number

Example of one printer:
The serial number of printer is : NBFA252019
Serial number gated by GLPI agent : 0000A2F1R23J

how can i fix this probleme
