Problem with Notifications

Hello,
I am on GLPI 9.5.3 and configured automatic mails for certificate expiration. Everything worked fine, 30 Days before they expired I got my mail, created new Certificates and updated the expire date in GLPI. But now when they expire the automatic action for creating the notification runs without finding any soon to expire certificates and we missed some certificates that ran out. When i create a new certificate that expires like tomorrow, the notification works perfectly. This Problem seems to only happen if there was a notification for this certificate entry in GLPI before. I began searching in the Database and found that alerts get "logged" in the Table glpi_alerts and saw that there was an entry for every certificate, that expired at least once, but with an old timestamp from the last expiration. So i tried to delete an entry with an old timestamp, for a certificate that will expire in 10 days, and the next run of the automatic action again created a Notification. So it seems like that after an update of the expiration date in GLPI the old entry in the table glpi_alerts should be deleted, but thats not happening. Has anybody had the same Problem or solution for this ?
