Issue updating from .85 to latest

I'm getting the following issue when upgrading from .85 to current.  Specifically it fails on upgrade to 9.2 portion with the following.

atabase schema integrity check skipped as version "0.85" is not supported by checking process.

In Migration.php line 698:

  Unable to rename table glpi_slts (ok) to glpi_slas (nok)!

Checking both tables they are empty.  If I remove glpi_slas it is recreated by the script.  Its failing cause the table already exists.  Any help would be apreciated.
