Web Resources - visibility (simplified interface)

Hi

I would like to give the user the simplest interface possible.
The Web Resources plugin is a great convenience.

Unfortunately, its location makes it visible only for the standard interface, where much more is visible - things that the user does not need.

Is there any way to improve this?
