Cron not working using GLPI_CONFIG_DIR

Hello everyone,

I have installed GLPI 10.0.5 following all recomendations in the installation.

I have change the path config and files outside of /var/www/html/. I have put the config path in "/var/www/config/" and it added in GLPI_CONFIG_DIR and files path in "/var/www/files/" and it added in GLPI_VAR_DIR.

The GLPI work fine, but I have detected the automatic actions don't execute and I have found an error when the crontab is excuting.

Checking the cron log it returned this error:

GLPI seems to not be configured properly
Database configuration file "/var/www/html/config/config_db.php" is missing.
You have to either restart the install process, either restore this file.

I don't understand what is the reason why the cron doesn't work if the variable is configured correctly and the glpi works fine.

Anyone knows how to solve this?
