Hi,
If user open Tickets via Outlook there are huuuuge paragraphes (https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/13089). The Bugreport had been closed as "this is working as designed".
How do you handle this in your companies?

We use Outlook in my company as well. I can confirm your problem with spacing, but I don't think this is GLPI's fault, but how Outlook works.
For example, when my user sends a ticket using Outlook Web App, there is no big space between paragraphs, only when they use Outlook application from their computer.
On the other hand, I use GLPI web interface for sending replies to ticket, and then all replies look good without spaces.
So this isn't a big problem for us.

We are to small and got our Ticktes normaly via Mail. So for us it's realy annoying. Does anybode have an Idea how to improve this?
