Assign default Entity at login

Hello Everyone! I'm really enjoying using this amazing software!
There is still one point for me that is not entirely clear:
I have multiple entities that correspond to groups in LDAP. Users in LDAP may have multiple groups which is reflected in GLPI - users may have multiple entities, and all with the same profile.
For each entity the authorization rule is created:

Criteria:
    (LDAP) MemberOf Is <group_in_ldap>
Actions:
    Profiles - Assign - User
Default Profile - Assign - User
    Entity - Assign - <corresponding_entity>

The problem is when user (which is in multiple entities) creates ticket by mail and this user is not yet logged in (login is happening when mail sent, and user appears in GLPI), GLPI doesn't create ticket because default entity for user is not defined.
If i add Action to this rule "assign Default Entity", always the last one is assigned at login (usually in alphabetical order)
I can assign default entity for each user manually, but there are over 400 users, it takes some time. Maybe i missed something and there is some option to assign default entity automatically without rules?
Or some other way?
When user has only one entity, GLPI understands it and ticket by mail appears. But not in multiple entity case
