Image not displaying in self-service mode

Hello,

GLPI 9.5.6

I have a form and the main image is not displaying while being in selfservice-mode

The message :
Translation : you do not have permission to access to that file
76301

Only that image.

Any idea

I have a similar issue.

FAQ, that is accessible for Self-service profile does not have access to images uploaded as documents during knowledge base document creation.

As far as i understand, Self-service has generally no access to documents section, and it cannot be configured in profile privileges unless i switch self-service to standard interface?

Is my understanding correct, or is there a way to allow a self-service profile to access at least some of the documents?

I have solved the issue. The images do load when you link them with Knowledge Base document. Go to documents, edit the file which link is embedded into Knowledge Base article, do to Associated Items tab. Choose "Knowledge base", a choose article from pull-down list; add and voilà, self-service profile user sees images.

The issue can be closed.
