Can Not Change Description Field in Ticket Incident o Request

HI, I know that changing Description is not good, but if the ticket is NEW and the user made some error when He or She create it, for my understanding is fine.
Is there any option to make for any user, the Description Field updatable?

There is no option to change that behavior. Tickets remain editable by the requester up until a technician is assigned. Afterwards, they can only add updates via followups.
