Can't import from OCS auto

Hello everyone.

I have the same problem in "Can't import from OCS". And solve the problem by the bot → Set the target root.
However, how can I do it automatically?

Best regards.

Re: Can't import from OCS auto

Following the article "Can't import from OCS":

Que:
Hello everyone.

I have installed the OCS plugin on glpi but the importation and sync are not working properly. When i try to import, all computers fall on the "don't check any rules" category.
I've already searched the internet on the matter but haven't find any solutions. Even on GLPI forums.

Can anyone give me a step-by-step of how to solve this issue?

Please?

Cheers.

Ans:
It's mean you don't set any rule for import. In that case you have to create rules or set them manually. If you want to do that manually in import page "Import new computers" you have to click on "Enable preview" button and set "Destination entity" as you can see, you need to have some entities. Every computer then will be in particular entity by your choice.

So by step:
- Tools -> OCS Inventory NG
- Select your personal OCS server
- Click on "Import new computers"
- Click on "Enable preview"
- Select "Destination entity" for computers you want to import
- Check  the box at the end of the line for computers you want to import
- Import
