"File not found." error when I delete software.

Hi! When I try delete some empty software (with 0 installetions) I have a blank page with error "File not found" and strange page adress "http://help/front/softwareversion.php". I don't see file softwareversion.php in front directory. Only softwareversion.form.php.

With error start after 10.0.2 update I think. When I just update v9 to v10 this error wasn't.

All permissions, cache and db updates is fine. Today update v10.0.5 with delete all files and error still there. 

Can you help me?
