I have various systems that emails our GLPI email account automatically for various things. Sense we upgraded to 10, I have an issue where emails that get generated from emails created on all my linux servers, has the subject line get created in the new tickets, but the body of the email does not import into my new tickets that get created. This used to work under previous versions.
I also have some Windows Servers and other systems that email automatically and the body shows up in new tickets, but not any of my linux scripts. In the email account, the emails look perfect with everything, but not when they import. If I forward the email to another account, then try to import it, the body shows up, but not on its own. I've tried changing the message of the body on my emails that come from my linux servers, what program I used to send the emails, etc but I can't get it to work right.
In looking around GLPI, I can't find any logs of the email import to new tickets within GLPI, but does anyone know of a way to see what is happening during ticket creation from emails, or how the process works for me to troubleshoot more on what is happening during import?
