Hello everyone!
I encountered an issue that I can't understand:
GLPI was installed on a Debian 11 bullseye server and everything went smooth but the problem was we were unable to add the Veeam Backup Agent which doesn't work with any version from the 11.1.0. We then decided to create an Ubuntu server to solve the problem and installed GLPI 10.0.5 last stable version. We then did a dump of the database on the Debian serveur, add the sql file to the ubuntu server and import it in the shell, so far everything was fine, until we went to the users and couldn't encounter all of them (only 10 out of more than 60 in the database).
We checked in the database if the users were actually in it and yes there are, unfortunately we don't see them in the user console of the graphic interface...
Has anyone already had this issue and could it be solved by any chance?
