Can't Assign tickets to the Group

Hi friends,

This is my first forum post. I am unable to Assign Tickets to Groups, the dropdown doesn't show any groups in "Assigned To" however I can see the Groups in "Requester" & "Observer" in Action section. I am trying to figure out what I am doing wrong since last 2 days and finally decided to post on this wonderful forum.

Even I tried to use "Escalation" plugin. I am newbie in GLPI.

Below is my GLPI details

Good news

Problem resolved by upgrading to latest version GLPI 10.0.5.
