Ticketsystem - How to assign a ticket to the first one who reply
Hi,
i want that a ticket will automatic assign to the first one who add a reply to a ticket.
How can I configure this?

Not natively but maybe with the plugin behaviours. Not sure and cannot look into this currently-

Anybody else having an Idea how to solve this? I'm not sure if a semi-good-maintained plugin is the prefered solution...

Currently, the behaviors plugin is really the only way to have that feature unless you implement that yourself in a custom plugin.
